In creating low impact development it is always important to consider the sensitivity of the site but rarely on how it can inform the user the environment's importance. The book discusses on how architecture can be used to promote the understanding of the environment. The problem of the current path of development is the anthropocentric view in creating space. It is therefore appropriate to use nature as the basis to create space within its surroundings. This was done by assigning the components of sustainable development to the needed architectural experience in order to achieve an understanding of the environment which would promote biodiversity conservation. Bats are one of the least favored in the recovery of endangered species; their habitat becomes an easy target for local to gather food. With the lack of public awareness there would only be continuous destruction caused on these bats. Therefore it is important for the locals to understand and appreciate them in order to live harmoniously and attain sustainability between both parties. The development of the site surrounding the bats' habitat as a Conservation Park invites an opportunity for an architectural space to become more responsive. By means of biodiversity conservation as the aim and architectural experience addressing sustainable development as the tool to attain it sustainability then is in the process of being fulfilled. The architectural experience was defined by assessing the public's perception and preference, as the needed market (Economic) and information (Social) in sustainable development. This experience is then supplemented by considering the environment, thus attending to the three components of sustainable development.
