Summary, etc. Capturing the market by gaining a competitive advantage from most of the competitors is one of the main goals a company aimed to achieve. Strategies to attain this are the main focus of Nutrarich Nutraceutical Innovations. It is a small food manufacturing company producing various chocolate products in Davao region. Having been certified in Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) is already a great advantage for the company. However, the covid-19 pandemic has greatly affected the company's operations in 2020. The company is faced with challenges such as how the company can maintain its certification with the HACCP system and to make use of the said certification to further expand its market, locally and internationally and to increase its revenues and at the same time to be able to hold and maintain its position until the situation with the pandemic will be back to normal. In this paper, external and internal factors affecting the operations of the organization were analyzed. And using the management tools such as the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) matrix, Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM), and Internal and External (IE) matrix, strategies were formulated and best strategic option was identified for the company to prioritize the implementation and address the set objectives of the organization.
