Summary, etc. The University of Mindanao Foundation Inc. (UPMFI) aims to assist the poor but deserving students through its Student Development Program (SDP). An impact assessment was conducted to help the UPMFI in assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of the said program. The impact assessment process went through three stages: (1) the exploratory stage, (2) the formulation of hypotheses stage, (3) the confirmatory stage. In the confirmatory stage, the selection of appropriate statistical tools was made to test the hypotheses and to analyze the impacts of the said program. The impact domains were classified into monetary and non-monetary. In the monetary domain, it was verified that the UPMFI was able to assist the scholars in their basic financial needs through giving the monthly stipends, free access on computer and photocopier in the UPMFI office, and loan of architectural drafting tools. For the non-monetary domain, it was verified that all of the scholars have complied with the minimum grade requirements of the program. In addition, over 60% of the scholars appreciated the services of the UPMFI-SDP.
