520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. Mental health issues plague many people worldwide regardless of gender, age, race, and social class. Such issues affect their personal lives whether in their normal day-to-day functions, their careers, their relationships, or their self-esteem. At present, there is growing awareness of these issues an increasing prioritization of mental health and wellness through various means. This includes seeking professional help from mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and counsellors. Life Ready Psychology (LRP) is a psychological clinic in the Philippines established in late 2019. It offers mental health services like psychotherapy, psychological assessments, and academic coaching. Given the shortage of mental health professionals in the country and the increasing demand for mental health services like psychotherapy, psychological assessments, and academic coaching. Given the shortage of mental health professionals in the country and the increasing demand for mental health services, there is tremendous growth potential for LRP. However, the lack of a fixed operating capacity, as well as fixed goals or targets, limits the ability of the company to take advantage of market opportunities and grow its market share. With this, proposed strategies are directed at resolving the current issues of LRP and building key resources that would allow the company to meet the increasing market demand for mental health services. To achieve the vision, mission, and goals of LRP, the general strategy of market penetration is proposed. This can be broken down into specific operational, marketing, and financial strategies. Operational strategies include establishing full-service operations which entails capacity and process improvement. Marketing strategies include building leading brand awareness through formal marketing promotions. Meanwhile, equity financing and payment strategies constitute the financial strategies of LRP. These strategies are projected to result in the growth of client base and the corresponding revenues of LRP. With a bigger market share, LRP is foreseen to be a market leader in Davao City and the choice of preference for mental health services. <br/>
