Summary, etc. The contraception burden has long been assigned and marketed to women, despite more harmful and long-term side effects than those provided for men. Vasectomy, one of the few available birth control methods for men, has been allocated funding given its lesser side effects and cheaper cost. Free vasectomy services are also offered in Davao City every last Friday of the month for the past years till now; however, vasectomy uptake is still significantly lower than those for women. With that, the study utilized Fishbein and Ajzen’s Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) to determine vasectomy awareness, attitude, and intention among middle-aged fathers in Cabantian, Davao City through a one-shot survey-interview questionnaire administered among 30 respondents, ages 36-55 years old. The results revealed 1) moderate to little knowledge on vasectomy, 2) neutral to negative attitudes towards getting a vasectomy, 3) moderate to low results in subjective norms related to vasectomy, 4) a low perceived behavioral control (PBC) to adhere to vasectomy, and 5) an extremely low intention to undergo the said procedure. Spearman’s rho values also revealed significant relationships between the following constructs: knowledge and attitude, attitude and PBC, and PBC and intention, with values of .371, .434, and .337, respectively. Given the data collected and with the application of the Education-Entertainment (E-E) principle, the study produced four (4) audio-visual public service announcement (PSA) scripts and storyboards that discuss the following themes: 1) the status quo; 2) presentation of vasectomy information; 3) debunking vasectomy misconceptions, and 4) utilization of spousal communication.<br/>
