Summary, etc. This study aims to develop a new building material, test its different properties, and compare them to some of the existing building material. Due to increasing waste, having negative effects on the environment, and rising problems, developing products using alternate materials like waste are common nowadays. It is immensely helpful to find different ways to utilize <br/>these and create something useful. The agricultural waste used in this research are the fibers extracted from the pineapple leaves. These were made into double leaf drywall boards. This study was based on the previous study of Clarisse Norikka Granada Angeles entitled: A Research Analysis on the Acoustical (Absorption and Transmission) and Thermal (Conductivity and Resistivity) Properties of Pineapple Leaf Fibers (PALF) as Drywall Partition Walls. In this research, double-leaf drywall board was used instead of single-leaf. Only one formulation for the pineapple leaf fiber (PALF) double leaf drywall boards was used. It was based on the formulation used in the previous study stated above. The formulation was 75% plaster of Paris (gypsum), 12.5% of perlite powder, and 12.5% of pineapple leaf fibers.
