Summary, etc. Conceptual modeling for the website of the Davao Catholic Herald is primarily dedicated to designing a visually to designing a visually pleasing interface that specifically addresses the interests of its target users. For this reason, the study incorporated interviews with the client and focused group discussions with young Filipino Catholics. The client defined the information that they want to stream down to the public, this then make up the central route messages outlined for the application of the Elaboration Likelihood Model (ELM). On the other hand, young Filipino Catholics who participated in the focused group discussions determined the styles and designs that are appealing to them as website users. In relation to the ELM, the resulting design in this study makes up the peripheral route messages that the Davao Catholic Herald needs to consider for establishing an online presence. For the most part, this study has been a thorough process of designing and redesigning mock ups to come up with the final design for he prototype. The demands of the client, the interest of the great users, and the analysis of the proponent of this study were considered for the entire course of the study. The Design Principles for Tomorrow of IBM facilitated the design procedure as they provided guidelines on the necessary actions to be taken when considering the users for coming up with an interface design that is visually pleasing for them. As this production study generated a visually pleasing interface design that matched both the demands of the client and the interests of the target users, it is therefore concluded that the procedures taken for this study and the principles used are operative and efficient.
