Summary, etc. Aquaculture is important in our economic growth since it does not only help to suffice the demand of fish it also address the poverty alleviation program through providing livelihood to the community. However this industry faces challenges specifically on weather patterns. Hence, this research aims to measure the impact of weather determinants to the net income of fisher folks engaging in aquaculture production in Davao Region. Using the Ricardian Approach, the econometric model was significant at 0.0038 at alpha=0.1 level of significance. Based on the results, the weather and afro-climatic variability have impacts on the net income. It was identified that a unit increase in the standard deviation average rain value, led to 12730 pesos increase in the net income. Second, an increase of standard deviation of average air humidity led to loss of income for about 2940 pesos. Third, an increase in standard deviation on wind chill also decreased the income for about 26620 pesos. Fourth, a unit increase average soil moisture standard deviation led to an increase in the net income by 16150 pesos. Lastly, an increase in standard deviation in average soil temperature caused an increase of net revenue by 16710 pesos. Thus, it was concluded that more variable patterns of weather and agro-climatic determinants would lead to further impact on net income. Therefore, this study recommends that research on adaptation and mitigation should be done and updating the weather stations in essential in monitoring and forecasting of weather to assist the fisher folks' culturing and decision making practices to improve their net income.
