Summary, etc. Linear Programming (LP) was used to model the farming system in Kapatagan to determine the most profitable succession of crops in an entire year. It provides alternatives for the farmer on different two-crop successions for efficient allocation of available limited agricultural resources (land, labor, and capital) of the financed farmers to obtain the optimum net income. The general LP model considered farm resources such as the land, labor and capital as the constraints. It was implemented to the specific bounds and constraints for the financed farmers in Kapatagan such as the available land allocation for the two crops is at most at one hectare per season and minimum land available per season is at least one fourth hectare for each crop. In addition, estimation of the available resources was done using the data in a 2004 Kapatagan Study. A total of one hundred fifteen (115) two-crop successions were evaluated using LP software. In general, succession that contain corn in at least one of the three seasons were associated with a low net income because corn is classified as the least profitable crop. In addition, all the two-crop successions that were enumerated yield a net income above Php 60,000.00
