3-year strategic plan for St. Ignatius Spirituality Center / Gene Leo A. Jesuro

(SISC), the retreat facility of the Ateneo de Davao University (AdDU). A strategic planning process is an organizational strategy that aims to guide an organization's actions and shape its future. It involves identifying the key factors that will affect its operations and developing a strategy that will allow it to make informed decisions. This process can help organizations look at their big picture and identity areas of focus. A strategic plan is a framework that describes an organization's goals and strategies. It identifies various strategic issues that can affect its effectiveness. It then provides a strategy or action plan to address these issues. Since the center was established in 2014, it has been incurring losses which urged the management to take step back and examine the different aspects of the business to find out what causes the losses and take corrective actions. this three-year strategic plan was developed using the adapted framework of F. David's Strategic Management Process and Mansmith Business Model Map. Eleven (11) building blocks of the business and its key issues were investigated to come up with objectives for the formulation of strategies. Focus group discussions and interviews were facilitated to supplement primary and secondary data. Many of the sections are discussed thematically focusing on marketing, operations, and financials. Strategy formulation, implementation, and monitoring and control are then discussed which highlights policy and facilities utilization. this is after the brief analysis of the business? building blocks and establishment of objectives that centers self-sufficiency. The Appendix contains financial data, forms, and other relevant documents.
