Monitoring and packaging were done in the production area; surveillance of slaughtering procedures was done in the Fresh Meat Department; and chemical and microbial analyses were performed under the Quality Assurance Department. Lectures were given regarding the company and operations done in the plant. Recommendations were offered to some problems encountered in relation to plant procedures.
