Also, she was exposed in the quality monitoring of the dairy products, which involved physico-chemical tests and microbiological analysis. In addition, the author witnessed the operation of the new horizontal water circulation retort for milk sterilization, a project of the National Dairy Authority (NDA), the government agency responsible for product research and development of the plant. Aside from acquiring knowledge in the technical aspect of manufacturing products, she also gained marketing and advertising skills. Information about the company were also obtained. Some of its problems were identified to which recommendations were given. Also, the author developed a harmonious relationship with her co-workers during the training. The 288 hours-plant practice was completed in 27 days
