P. in Mindanao Abstract: The connection between religion and television has long been established. Many studies have been done to understand the complexities of these two giants of society. This was done to further understand the relationship of television and religion. This study was focused on the Rhetoric of the preaching of Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy in his show "Give Us this Day," "Gospel of the Kingdom," and "Powerline". These shows feature Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy as the preacher. The researcher aimed to answer the research problem like what is Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy's distinct style of preaching and how does he establish his credibility. The study focused on the three main point of Rhetoric of Aristotle namely, logos, ethos, and pathos. These three points will helped the researcher discuss her analysis and her results. The focus of logos is how Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy constructs his line of arguments, whether it is deductive or inductive. Ethos on the other hand is all about the credibility of the speaker, in this case, the credibility of Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy. Ethos also deals on which of three credibility sources does Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy most establishes himself. Pathos is focused on how the speaker works on the emotion of the listeners. What ways do they employ in trying to work on the emotion of the listeners" In the case, there are three ways, namely: storytelling, metaphor, or amplification. After the researcher has done all the necessary preparations and observations, the researcher has come to a conclusion that Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy's line of reasoning is deductive. He builds from a single general claim that he is the " Appointed Son" of the Father and then draws out specific ideas from it. He also claims that he is of good character and goodwill. He works on the emotion of his listeners through the use of storytelling and metaphor. He uses storytelling to make his viewers relate to him and metaphor and to add drama to his stories. He also uses camera shots to further establish his credibility and his claim that he is the " Appointed Son" of the Father. Factors like camera angles, camera shots, and color are taken in consideration during the course of this study.
