The ability of the cooperative to satisfy its members across a variety of activities will become an even greater determinant of success. This study assesses the level of members' satisfaction of one of the CARp beneficiaries' cooperative in Davao del Norte which is the Hijo Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Cooperative (HARBCO) as a basis of improving cooperative's performance. Gap analysis between members' expectation and perception, Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and econometrics approach using logistic regression was employed in the study. Results showed that performance efficiency specifically the giving of patronage refund and dividends to the members obtained the highest gap of expectation and perception of the respondents. Moreover, services of the cooperative significantly affects satisfaction of HARBCO members and the probability that the members will become satisfied about the cooperative in terms of their socio-demographic, socio-economic, and satisfaction factors derived from PCA is 99%.
