The firm has a proven tract record of professional expertise and has helped several clients? businesses get moving in the right direction. For the past five years in the business, Fabian and Associates, CPAs made an impressive performance through its strategies of quality service, competitive rates and pursuit to Chinese community as their niche market. This Strategic Plan helps define the core values of Fabian and Associates, CPAs and its key business activities to meet its objectives. It dissected the firm and made detailed analysis on internal operations as well as the external environment of the firm. This paper also suggests new set of goals and creates new strategies and timelines, and determines control systems as its success criteria to ensure that the firm?s objectives are achieved. This strategic plan aims to put Fabian and Associates, CPAs ahead of many of its competitors. It contributes specific goals for the business in some areas which will help them stay focused. Business issues such as in operating activities, human resources, client satisfaction, and market penetration will subsequently be improved with a more focused vision.
