Using quantitative research, the researcher was able to identify the different aspects that are involved in the study of space efficiency-physical, operational, and environmental attributes. The data were derived through descriptive numerical measures from interviews and surveys. The study aimed to establish an efficient overland transportation facility in Bukidnon that is safe, clean, and accessible.
