The system caters two of user namely the administrator and client. The administrator manages the system database while the clients can be the sender and receiver of a memorandum. It provides special functions for a more efficient and convenient way of sending and monitoring sent memoranda within the Local Area Network. The software was developed as an alternative for the manual delivery and monitoring of sent and received memoranda. The system was implemented using MySQL 5.0 and java 1.5 Programming Language.
