The Philippine Exporters Confederation, Inc. Region XI chapter, more commonly known as PhilExport XI, is a non-profit organization established on March 26, 1993 in Davao City. The Davao chapter operates under the umbrella organization of Philippine Exporters Confederation Inc. National located in Pasay City. The organization is mandated to strengthen the Philippines? exports through its services, promotion and export development programs. The Davao Chapter will be the focus of the five-year strategic plan. The objectives of this study are to maintain the increase of membership, maintain membership, maintain membership retention, and increase the revenues of the organization the strategic plan was formulated with the guidance of the Strategic Framework adapted from the Comprehensive Strategic Management Model of Fred David (2011). The issues of PhilExport XI were the lack of proper planning and controlling which resulted in losses in revenue and lack of proper planning and controlling which resulted in losses in revenue and luck of valuable services and membership benefits offered to MSMEs and non-banana exporters through external an internal environment analysis, several factors have been identified as opportunities, threats, strengths, and weaknesses. These were then assessed using the External and Internal Factor Evaluation Matrices. The results of the analysis were then use to formulate strategic options to address the entity?s major issues and problems. Tools such as Internal-External Matrix, SWOT Matrix, and Quantitative Strategic Plan Matrix aided in the selection of appropriate and attractive strategies. Results revealed that market penetration is the most attractive strategy for addressing the issues and achieving the objectives of the organization. Market penetration would target to increase the Davao Chapter?s marketing activities to build their reputation to nonmembers and improve the services offered to add value in the PhilExport membership. In doing so, the revenues of the organization will potentially as they rely on the membership fees and event registration fees that members and clients provide. Moreover, as a non-profit organization, the PhilExport XI could provide valuable to micro and small entrepreneurs in engaging and exporting activities. Several programs and activities were proposed in this plan, and a financial projection was crafted to project revenues and income gained from the strategy. A balanced scorecard was developed to be used as a control and evaluation system to evaluate the achievement and progress of the strategy objectives.
