This research was conducted to empower the Matigsalug-Manobo of the Bukidnon, Arakan and Marilog areas who are being left behind in terms of development and livelihood. This study seeks to fill in the gaps in government services to the Matigsalug-Manbo of the Bukidnon, Arakan and Marilog areas in terms of developmental and livelihood creation, business management education and technical support, and legal support. To achieve this, it is necessary to maximize the business and income generating capacity of the natural and human resources of FEMMATRICs in order to create an initial and steady source of income that is reasonable enough to fund the other goals and solve the other problems of organization and its constituents. This will be the encompassing objective of this paper. Intensive one-on-one interviews, focused group discussions, study of the organization's internal documents, and research of external laws, publications and related materials where conducted to gather data necessary for the completion of this research.
