From 275 responses, the data were analyzed using basic statistics and multiple regressions. Subsequently, San Pedro Area and Roxas Avenue were determined to be reliable using Cronbach Alpha where alpha>0.70. in redesigning the place, the researcher used overly architecture with deployable and transportable structures where distinctive design, forms, and patterns representative of Davao culture were incorporated in the design. Proper planning of traffic paths, accessibility of people with disabilities, provision of more facilities and amenities, clear view to performances and elimination of on-street parking were also considered.
