This includes children with special needs. This type of learners, are integrated in a class with the regular students, to ensure another law that states that people with special needs in general should be accepted in a regular environment to avoid isolation. This mainstreaming of special learners in regular classes is implemented in Davao City Special High School. Upon the integration of special learners, teachers should develop or recreate their teaching methods and techniques in order to address the needs of the special learners. To answer such problem, information communication technology is usually used. But due to insufficient funds of the institution, ICT are not available. In this study, the researcher conducted a survey to identify which class and what subject is most likely needed the use of ICT material. Afterwards, ICT materials such as online applications are analyzed. After which, it was translated into its analog form. The entire process of this study is guided by the ADDIE model to ensure the effectiveness and appropriateness of the produced assistive learning tool, which is the Statisticky. After producing, it was pretested to the class and was further revised after the evaluation. The results of the pretesting showed that the produced tool was effective and helped the students learn more. Moreover, it encouraged interaction and collaboration among the students thus encapsulates the purpose of mainstreaming ER -
