Like any other distribution business, the cash cycle is the most important as this is where the most of these companies go bust. The company should beef up strategies on effective and more prompt collection and selecting of key accounts. It may be best to tier accounts so the company know which account to focus on. Also, in business like this, income targeting is the best strategy, and not sales. So the management should have a target bottom line and they should employ plans to achieve the income via sales robustness. A strategic plan was formulated using the data gathered from careful analysis of the Internal and External Environment of the company. Combinations of framework such as Balance Scorecard, Delta Model, and Kaplan were modified and used as guide in conducting research and establishing data needed to come up with strategic objectives set for Human Resource and Management, Finance, Sales and Operations, and Marketing. One very important aspect is also employing technology for sales tracking and inventory management. This is also where a lot of leakage happens so it is critical for them to closely manage this. Being able to implement strategies, Agribiz Inc.'s net income is forecasted to increase from 9 Million pesos in 2015 to 14.7 Million pesos in 2021 ER -
