The development of this application software revolves around the idea of assisting the faculty, parents, and students in locating a particular person in the university. The diverse schedules of the students and teachers are the primary factor why locating a person is difficult. Hence this system can potentially be a toll in locating people in the university. The application software was designed for three types of users; the administrator, the faculty and the student. The administrator can log-in and use the function that can add, alter, and delete records from the database. The input of this software is the schedules of the faculty and students. On the other hand, faculty and students can log-in but proscribed to alter records from the database. Log-in procedure is necessary to ensure the security of the information. The system designed a database management system that would locate a person in a given time. Time is obtained from the computer configuration that can be adjusted on the date/time properties. A special feature of the system is the posting of announcements by the teacher which can be retrieved by the students for viewing purposes. The user can obtain queries or the list of students who have taken a particular subject in a given semester. Web-based application is deliberately employed for an easy access. The system is only accessible for those who have access to the internet. Timetables not specified in the database such as meetings and seminars are not incorporated in the software. It is also recommended that this application use text file function for data entry and be subjected for further studies
