May 31, 2005 at Mead Johnson Nutritionals (Phil.) Inc. which is located at 2309 Don Chino Roces Ave., Makati City. The student was exposed to different areas belonging to the Supply Chain Department of the Plant. These include the Quality Assurance, Production Support group and Warehouse Operation, Production Area (including the Liquid-Tablet-Capsule area) and the Quality Control. In each area, the student worked like a normal plant personnel, doing their regular plant activities related to her course
