One of the growing industry in the country is the manufacturing, wherein foods production is shown to be a competitive field. In Davao region, one of the companies engaged in the manufacturing of bread, cakes, and pastries is LTS City Foods, Inc. The company is part of the NCCC Group of companies, which carries the following brands: Bread Factory, Munchies, and Citifoods. In this paper, LTS City Foods, Inc. specifically its business in bread manufacturing is studied to have an understanding of how an industrial bakery operates as a profit-based organization. Moreover, in this study, strategic plan is created for the company to provide an analysis on its current condition and give recommendations on how to improve its bakery operations, considering the expansion of business and to achieve a competitive advantage as a key player in the baking industry. Based on the evaluation of the internal and external factors affecting the company, the following main strategies are identified: 1. Markey Penetration, 2. Product Development and 3. ERP System Implementation. These strategies are assessed based on the results of the tools used in strategic planning. Further assessment of the plan, implementation, and control is necessary to ensure that the proposed strategic plan is suitable for the direction and goals of the company.
