PYC de Davao has already been in business for ten years but are currently experiencing losses in their operations. Despite, losses incurred by the entity, it still has an opportunity for growth as it has not yet fully tapped the Davao City market. This strategic plan was developed in order to enhance the competitiveness of PYC de Davao and increase their profitability. The framework used in the development of the strategic plan is the Wheelen and Hunger Strategic Plan model. Chapter one of the strategic plan provides an overview of the business, its performance and the challenges it faced for the last few years. Chapter two analyzes the external environment of the entity, in which the major external factors is the increasing demand for healthier products and the availability of government assistance programs. The entity was found to have an above average response to its external environment. Chapter three of the plan analyzes the internal environment of PYC de Davao, wherein it was discovered to be internally weak due to the limited distribution channels and marketing activities, and lack of established organizational and financial practices. Chapter four discussed the organizational objectives of PYC de Davao, which should be achieved by the strategy formulated in Chapter five. Chapter five discusses the strategic options that can be employed by PYC de Davao. Market penetration was the chosen strategy based on the analysis of entity's objectives and environment. Based on the chosen strategy, the implementation programs along with financial projections were discussed in Chapter six.
