There are three)30 users of the system referred as the System Administrator (or Administrator), the Data Providers, and the General Public Users. The system administrator is able to add new data provided to the system and assign locations where they should gather the data. The system administrator is able to view the information in the database. Data providers can submit avian biodiversity data of their respective assigned locations to the system. The data that the provider will provide can either be new discovery of species or species information or information about a species in terms of the location and population. Moreover, data entry is done manually. The information is presented in tabular and graphical forms. There are three (3) types of display of information by species, by providers, and by locations, an external database of Integrated Regional Information System (IRIS) was used.
