AISAT aims to be the premier aviation and technology-based learning institution which provides holistic education through up-to-date training delivery, by highly skilled instructors with state-of-the-art facilities to meet the current demands in the aviation and technology industry. This paper aims to present the different strategies identified during the evaluation of both macro and task external environment at the same time taking consideration of the internal environment of the organization. The detailed implementing program in every functional area of the organization and the specific processes of its implementation with a corresponding timeline based on the crafted Gantt chart of activities. Alongside the financial projections. These pieces of information are essential to the success of the two identified grand programs from the QSPM evaluation matrix in the previous chapter: 1) maintain and improve program service delivery (Blended Delivery), and 2) build competitive advantage.
