The Asian International School of Aeronautics Technology (AISAT) was founded in 2011 by business people who saw the demand for aviation training institutions in Mindanao. AISAT aims to be the premier aviation and technology-based learning institution which provides holistic education through up-to-date training delivery, by highly skilled instructors with state-of-the-art facilities to meet the current demands in the aviation and technology industry. This paper aims to present the different strategies identified during the evaluation of both macro and task external environment at the same time taking consideration of the internal environment of the organization.
