The company aims to give happiness and satisfaction to its customers by continually developing and offering great-tasting Filipino-Asian food and terrific dining experiences at a reasonable price, especially on those progressive areas unserved or underserved by big food chains. This strategic plan focused on the Sito?s Grill operations of Ultra Bowl, Inc., for its main restaurant in Panabo City and two branches in Sto. Tomas and Kapalong. The conceptual framework which will be used for this strategic plan is a modified Strategic Management Model adapted from Fred David?s Strategic Management Model (2011), Butuner 2015, and Porter?s Five Force Model. Currently, Sito?s Grill is experiencing weak inventory management which affects their operations and led to financial losses. These can be attributable to lack of manpower and multi-tasking of employees which led to non-performance of internal control to manage the inventory. Moreover, there is a limited number of suppliers for hito which created problems on forgone sales especially during peak months where hito dishes is on demand. Also, company?s newly offered menus mostly introduced on 2016 were non/slow moving. Business challenges in the areas of operation which may affect the income of consumers may also directly/indirectly affect Sito?s Grill operations. However, the company is able to counter this problem by performing well on their champion products such as chicken barbecue and hito dishes. Due to Sito?s Grill branches? location and its special offerings such as air-conditioned dining area, catering services and function hall, make the company as the leading player in the market. Results of the analysis of external and internal factors disclosed that Sito?s Grill can proceed with conservative strategies which involve market penetration, market development and product development. Due to Sito?s Grill strong position on their quality of foods and leading specialty dishes, the company can expand its market progressive municipalities, and its strategic plan, Tagum City, can be an area of expansion. However, due to increasing number of competitors in the area , the company shall position its location with in downtown and shall deploy intense marketing strategies by re-introducing their hito dishes, chicken barbecue or may venture to developing new product such as dishes with a twist of banana flavor/ingredients being Davao del Norte as Banana Capital of the Philippines. While the company can expand its market, improvement of inventory management shall also be prioritized since this is an essential business process being inventory is the lifeblood of sales. This can be done by hiring additional security guard and personnel for the purchasing department to replace the Admin department Head so that the later can concentrate to supervising management of inventory. Implementation of strategies shall be anchored by concerned department heads with the corresponding budget, time and budget. Monitoring of the accomplishment of the implementation process shall also monitored and adjusted accordingly based on the actual situation that the company is facing to achieve the long-term objectives for the next five years.
