The developed system is able to facilitate the transactions in the registration process by preventing errors such as enlistment of subjects with conflicting schedules and enlistment of subjects with unsatisfied prerequisites from occurring. It was successful in establishing specifications for the integration of the subsystems of UPMIIMS that are related to the registration process. It was design was implemented in a wat that it would fit in well with the organizational structure of UP Mindanao thereby making it most suitable automated registration system for the university
