University of the Philippines Mindanao Technology Driven Portfolio (UPtechfolio) was developed to automate the portfolio system in UP Mindanao. There are four different modules of UPtechfolio that were created for the four different types of uses of the system, namely; the system administrator, instructor, student and general public user. The system administrator is in charge of maintaining the system appropriate for public viewing and to update the list of subjects and instructors in the system when needed. The instructor has the authority to report any malevolent ebtry of the student and let the system administrator decide whether an entry has to be deleted or not. Aside from the student, the instructor can also upload related materials in the subject involved. Most importantly, the instructor has an additional functionality to give remarks on a student's works and accepts students request to join the subject. The user student can create and update an entry in the UPtechfolio. The student also has the capability of posting comments to other students' works, given that he/she is part of the subject involved. The only user who will no longer need an account to access the system is the general public users. The general public users can view and search an information and entry in the UPtechfolio. The system was implemented using HTML, PHP and MySQL.
