520 | 3 | _aThe results of the study concluded that the most efficient floor area ratio for Residential, Commercial, and Vertical Farming spaces for both mid rise and high-rise condominium developments was 55:5:15 respectively. This ratio describes the allocation of floor area for such mentioned spaces in relation to the total Gross Floor Area of a building. Also, computations show that in two years time, a one hundred percent (100%) ROI can be generated. With such results, the study showed that the integration of Fungiculture to condominium buildings in Davao City is feasible. | |
