520 _aEngallados Farm and Natural Food Products (EFNFP) is a family enterprise in Valencia City, Bukidnon, which was established in 1997. It has three hectares of land where they plant organically grown rice and process value-added products that are sold locally and exhibited in the international market. In 2019, they participated in the Asian Local Government for Organic Agriculture (ALGOA) that was spearheaded by the International Federation on Organic Agriculture Movement (IFOAM) where an in-depth analysis of the organic agriculture movement has been shared and strengthened by the constructive application of policies. They were also able to sell their products thrice their price here in the Philippines in the Organic Trade Expo in Goesan, South Korea in September 2019. After being the first farmers in Valencia City to experiment with organic farming, they became a well-known family with an agricultural training institute in Tongantongan Valencia City. Individuals from diverse backgrounds are receiving education on cultivating organic rice and creating items from organic rice Despite this, the business experienced decreased patronage due to the pandemic’s severe effects and the passing of the family’s patriarch, Mr. Nick Engallado Sr. in 2021. Even though there is a rising market for organic rice products both locally and internationally, the financial limitations have a significant impact on the company’s financial health and may even be harmful to its overall operations. The main issue that needs to be resolved in order to increase production right now is acquisition of farm implements like harvester, sealer, miller, and leveler. These problems are major obstacles to ENFNFP’s social enterprise growth. This strategic plan is then developed to allow ENFNFP to advance in its economic and business dealings. The Fred David Framework serves as the roadmap for the strategic plan that will ensure that best strategies and processes will be achieved and implemented in the attainment of the objectives, plans and goals of ENFNFP five years from now through networks and linkages both to non-government organizations and government entities.
