520			_aThe Office of the University Registrar (OUR) is one of the key offices of the University of the Philippines Mindanao. The OUR is responsible for admissions, registration, assessment of fees, schedule of classes and examinations, scholastic records, commencement and university publications as catalogues, directories and announcement. This strategic plan for the OUR adopted the ABCDE Strategic Planning Model. Official documents, personal communication and interviews were utilized in analyzing the internal factors that drive the OUR processes. External factors that could affect the OUR were analyzed. The vision and mission were articulated based on the mandates of the OUR. Strategic initiatives were identified for the improvement of the office, such that the best-fit strategy is for the OUR to hire additional personnel to fully realize the improvement of the delivery of services to its clientele. Furthermore, evaluation, monitoring and corrective actions are suggested to check on the progress of the implemented strategies.
