| Summary, etc. | The trainee did her plant practice at the Goldilocks Bakeshop Inc.- Food Processing Plant in Laurel Street, Mandaluyong City on May 13 to June 5, 2002. The plant practice primarily aimed to give the student a chance to take part the processing operation of the food processing plant. She was assigned to work in the Production and Quality Assurance Department. During the whole period of practicum, the trainee learned important applications of the theories and concepts acquired in the university. She also encountered minor difficulties and problems concerning the Food Processing Plant. The trainee offers recommendations that may further improve the product manufactured and practices of the plant. |
