This study seeks to fill in the gaps in government services to the Matigsalug-Manbo of the Bukidnon, Arakan and Marilog areas in terms of developmental and livelihood creation, business management education and technical support, and legal support. To achieve this, it is necessary to maximize the business and income generating capacity of the natural and human resources of FEMMATRICs in order to create an initial and steady source of income that is reasonable enough to fund the other goals and solve the other problems of organization and its constituents. This will be the encompassing objective of this paper.
