During the duration of the practicum, she was given a chance to take part in the processing of canned tuna and was exposed to the different areas in the production line and the microbiological and chemical laboratories. With the exposure, the trainee gained knowledge in canned tuna processing. She observed some problems during the training and presented suggestions and recommendations in avoiding these problems.
